In this class, you will learn about the major varieties and styles of red wine, and taste examples from New York and the rest of the world. You will also discover how certain foods and serving techniques can help red wines taste their best. This class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate wine enthusiasts. Eight premium red wines and a small food sampling plate will be served.
