What’s more romantic than wine and pasta? Join us and taste decadent wines, pasta, and chocolate! As you enter our Educational Theater, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of New York State sparkling wine. Enjoy fresh bread and salad while our Demonstration Chef demonstrates how to make a classic beurre blanc sauce. As you are served a trio of pastas with accompanying sauces (red sauce, white sauce, beurre blanc), our Beverage Educator will guide you through which NYS wines pair with each flavor profile. At the end of the class, enjoy a sweet ending with a chocolate and Port wine pairing.
